Inconvenient coffee is a celebration of taking the long way around — doing things slower, treating people better, taking care of each other and the planet. More of a project than an enterprise, Inconvenient is the result of my fascination with the people who make up supply chains, my interest in learning by doing, and my love for plants, food, the obscure or esoteric, and, of course, coffee.
